As Operations Manager at Alpha Financial Advisors, Katie helps ensure that every client’s experience is seamless, reliable, and centered on their needs. With more than 18 years of experience in client service and operations within the financial services industry, she has a deep understanding of what it takes to support individuals and families in achieving peace of mind with their finances. Katie is skilled at coordinating the many details behind the scenes so that clients can focus on what matters most and feel confident about their future.

Before joining Alpha, Katie spent nearly two decades at BNY Pershing, where she advanced through multiple leadership roles, most recently as a Vice President responsible for the supervision and onboarding of new clients onto the platform. There she built a reputation for her steady leadership and her commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, a foundation that has strengthened her people-first approach to leadership and service.

A Florida native, Katie spent the last 10 years in New Jersey before recently relocating to Charlotte. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active through fitness classes, endurance challenges, and traveling to new places. She approaches life with curiosity and determination, values she also brings to her work with Alpha’s clients every day.
