Alese Brockmann

Client Service Associate

As a Client Service Associate, Alese supports the advisors and strives to provide exceptional client service. Alese’s background is in employee benefits consulting and the administration of retirement plans. She has experience consulting on 401(k) plan design and compliance issues and managing and leading project teams to deliver retirement plan solutions. Alese has a passion for client service and has a track record of building trusted client relationships through open communication, responsiveness and pro-active problem solving. She seeks to streamline processes to improve the client experience and recently completed several courses in project management and process improvement.

Alese’s first interaction with Alpha was as a client herself. She was able to experience the invaluable help and support that Alpha provided as her children grew up and left for college. She is excited to pursue her interest in personal finance and support advisors and clients. Prior to joining Alpha, Alese worked for Hewitt Associates in Chicago as a project manager and retirement plan consultant. Most recently, she has been raising her four children and during that time, volunteered for the Pink Bow Campaign which champions breast cancer patients.

Alese completed her MBA at Washington University in St. Louis. She did her undergraduate work with a double major in Economics and Spanish at Indiana University in Bloomington. Alese is taking financial planning courses through Boston University. She is an avid reader and enjoys reading business books, memoirs, and fiction. In her free time, she loves to spend time with family and friends and to exercise with her two energetic golden retrievers.
